As a valued member of Adkins PTA you are invited and encouraged to attend our upcoming Membership meeting on Thursday, May 14th at 5:00 pm via ZOOM. During the meeting, we will be holding our 2020-2021 elections and approving our 2020-2021 budget.
Registration for this meeting is required. Please fill out the Google Form at the link below BY 11:59 PM ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 13TH. After registration closes, all registered attendees will be sent a link for attending the meeting so please check your inbox in the morning of May 14th. Late registration will not be available; if you do not register by May 13th, you will not be able to attend.
If you wish to run from the floor against a slated officer, you need to fill out the field in the registration form that indicates such BY 11:59 PM ON SATURDAY, MAY 9TH. In a contested race, each nominee will have two minutes to speak and then a ballot will be emailed out to all attendees who will then have two minutes to vote. Each contested position will be voted on prior to moving on to the election of the next position. A teller will be appointed at the beginning of the meeting to oversee each ballot vote.
